Weather Terms and Conditions
If the weather is not looking good due to high winds, heavy rain or snow etc you can cancel the day before your hire. If the castle/inflatable is delivered and set up and then not used due to bad weather, unfortunately there is no refund available.
On the day prior or on the day of the hire, if we think the weather is unsafe, we will give customers a courtesy call or text. It's within our rights to cancel if the weather is forecast to be heavy rain or wind gusts above 24mph. In this situation, any deposit will be refunded.
In the case of extreme high winds (above 24mph) or storms on the day of your hire we will give you a call or text to let you know that your booking is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. If you can find an alternative venue for an indoor hire we will be happy to set up there for you. If not we will issue a deposit refund or reschedule your booking.
Please remember that we only would cancel your hire if it was deemed unsafe for the children as they are our top priority and safety is paramount.
